We rescued Charlie from the Yuma Humane Society, sight unseen, back in January.
In addition to unprovoked biting behavior we noticed a lack of muscle tone and lameness on one side. After much diagnostics, ultimately he was diagnosed with a progressive disease called Multiple cartilaginous exostoses
He's on intermittent pain meds; he can have one day when he can barely move and just when we think he's had enough he pops up and runs around like the wind. He is capable of biting, so with us he stays until........?
